She is survived by: her husband Oplis Blackie Flatt; her children, Gary (Dean Flatt) of Cookeville, Randall (Linda Flatt) of Cookeville and Sandra Martin (Velinda Flatt) of Baxter; and her grandchildren, Troy Flatt, Stephanie Chambers, Bryson Flatt, Jennifer Shah, Sarah Flatt Allen, Lindsey Henley, Jason Garland, Jeff Herd and Brandon Flatt. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
