She is survived by: her husband Rodger H. Smith; her children, Kent Smith (Melissa), Trent Smith (Lori), Jason Smith and April Smith Sparks; her grandchildren, Derek Smith, Lenée Leffew, Zeek Smith, Brenna Sparks and Anja Sparks; her great grandchildren, Veronica Leffew and Oliver Leffew; and her siblings, Dorothy Maples, Roberta Corum, Larry Stalans and Pamela Berry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
