He is survived by: his wife Ellen Lay; his daughter Kristi Hurst; his son-in-law Michael Hurst; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jebediah, Millie Beth and Madeline; his daughter Lori Vittetoe; his son-in-law Russell Vittetoe; his grandchildren, J. D. Blackstock and Alex Vittetoe; his daughter Holli Branson; his son-in-law Adam Branson; his grandchildren, Carlie and Kinslie; his daughter Whitney Lay Greene; his son-in-law Joseph Greene III; his grandchildren, Joseph IV, Mary Hazel and Hollis; his sisters, Pat Majors and Sharon Cox; his brother-in-law Norman Majors; and his niece Dawn Majors.
