He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Edward and Carrie Mae Doak; his sister Betty; his brother-in-law George Olson of Hereford, TX; the mother of his children Anna Marie Dunn Doak; and his son Christian Calvin Doak.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Methvin Doak; his daughter Sarah A. Doak of Knoxville; his nephews, Rhodes Methvin (Mindy) of Ohio and Steven Olson (Ginger) of Hereford, TX; his niece Donna Ruland (David); his close friend Don; and also, Clara, Tina, Diane and Amedysis.
