She was predeceased by: her parents, George Major and Mildred Major; her siblings, Jo Ellen Brown and Wayne Major; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Major and Betty Freels.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jay, Steve Major and Margaret Ann Major; her children, Sherry Braden (Michael), Jeffrey Curl and Rick Curl (Songhui); her grandchildren, Jean, Joshua, Jacob, Christin, Jessica, Meghan, Alexus, Jessie and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Jade, Jordan, Maddox, Maxell, Hannah, Jayden, Jace, Olivia, Matthew, Nathan, Alexionna, Lamar, Gianna, Travor, Baylee, Forrest and Wilder.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Circle Assembly of God (8529 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Roseberry Cemetery (2920 Roseberry Rd, Mascot, TN 37806). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
