He is survived by: his sons, Nathan Crisp (Emily), Jacob Crisp and Matthew Crisp; his grandson Lucas Crisp; his parents, Ronald Crisp (Teresa) and Neva Chase (Patrick); his stepmother Donna Crisp; his siblings, Todd Crisp (Karen), Amanda Reed (Eric), Taz Martel and Jennifer Martel; his nieces, Arika Reed, Aubrey Reed and Zowie Gatlin; his aunt Vicki Murphy; and his uncles, Robbie Dean Crisp, Arvil Crisp and Carlos Crisp.
