She was predeceased by: her parents, William Messer and Parma Messer; and her husband James Franklin Millard. She is survived by: her children, James Millard, Jr. (Starr) of Birchwood and Tonya Trackwell (Jody) of Dayton; her siblings, Anita Allen (Glen) of Decatur, Kirk Messer (Patsy) of Cleveland, Brent Messer (Susan) of Birchwood, Darlene Messer of Birchwood and Karen Swafford (Teddy) of Evensville; and her grandchildren, Tyler Millard, Hunter Millard, Paige Trackwell and Shelby Trackwell. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
