She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Morgan, Jr.; her parents, Daniel Franklin Phillips and Julia Thomas Phillips; and her brothers, Daniel Phillips and David Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, George Morgan (Debbie) of Ooltewah, Darrel Morgan (Linda) of Birchwood, Greg Morgan (Ree) and Angie Shelton (Danny) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Ashley Morgan, Taylor Morgan, Troy Morgan, Hunter Morgan, Sydney Morgan and Grayson Shelton; and her sister Josephine Chastain of Cleveland. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
