He was predeceased by: his father Michael Slifko; and his sister Becky Shelton. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Slifko; his children, Matt Slifko (Macy) of Cleveland, Chad Slifko (Shianne) of Cleveland and Cecily Slifko of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Troy Maney, Victoria Maney and Saylor Slifko; and his siblings, Michael Slifko, Mary Dixon, Susan Rutt and Samuel Slifko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
