She was predeceased by: her parents, Raliegh Pendergrass and Effie Dunn Pendergrass; her husband John E. Waddell; and her siblings, Ruby Everett, Lucy Kestl, Preston, Chester, Bill and Harlan Pendergrass.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Anderson; her daughters, Joan Beard (Ronnie), Karin Westfield (Anthony), Sheila Bivens (Dwight) and Sherry Waddell (Lisa); her grandchildren, Rachel Goins, Christy Watson, Holly Hunt (Johnny), Drew Ingram, Jonathan Pendergrass, Katelyn Umberger and Amy Hensley Leigh-Ann (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Alexis Pinela, Austin Watson (Lauren), Isaiah Watson, Cody Hicks (Lauren), Jacob, Ronnie Hicks, Jonathan Hunt, Abel, Andy Hensley and Gunner Finnley Castelow. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and her great-great niece.
