She is survived by: her husband Larry Kenneth Fortner; her daughter Glenda Kay Stokes; her granddaughter Jennifer K. Davis (Tyler); her great grandchild Aiden Davis; her children, Denise Spence and Kenny E. Fortner; her grandchildren, Harley Denise Ross and Lauren Danielle Ross; and her brothers, Arnold "Tweetie" Sims III (Shellie) and Steve Sims. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
