He is survived by: his son Todd Chapman (Marsha); his grandchildren, Lauren James of Herndon, VA, Emily Chapman of Strasburg, VA and Carter Chapman of Big Sandy, TN; his brother Sam Chapman; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Chapman, Neal Roten and Judy Roten.
