She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Odell Conrad and Hazel Corrine Higdon Conrad; and her siblings, Nathan Gene Conrad, Linda Jo Conrad and Patricia Ann Chandler.
She is survived by: her husband Edsel Belyew of Big Sandy, TN; her children, Christy Hodge (Daren) of Holladay, TN, Ryan Belyew (Marla) of Big Sandy, TN and Matthew Belyew (AJ Simmons) of Big Sandy, TN.; her grandchildren, Stephanie Colter (Jason), John Hodge (Ellen), Tyler Hodge, Makayla Belyew, Molly Belyew and Macy Belyew; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Colter, Baylen Barton, Jaycee Colter, Mason Barner, Ensley Hodge, Eli Hodge, Emery Ann Hodge, Morgan Hodge and Cross Hodge.
