She was predeceased by: her father Douglas Waller; and her husbands, Sargent Clarence E. Simmons and Dolph Ham. She is survived by: her son Billy Wayne Simmons (Beverly); and her niece-in-law Emily Ham Matthews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (976 Greenwood Ave, Clarksville, TN 37040).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Luke's United Methodist Church, Memphis, TN.
