It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Wayne Parlier Sr. of Big Rock, Tennessee, born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Helton and Bonnie Juanita Helton; and his sister Diane Morguson. He is survived by: his children, Steven Wayne Parlier, Jr. (Sharon) and Amy Koger (Jeromy); and his siblings, Phillip Claxton, Lynn Helton, Michelle Tinch and Theresa Helton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
