She is survived by: her father Jerry Slavick; her children, Terry Hammerel (Susan) and Vicki Sullivan (Martin); her sister Karen Estes; her grandchildren, Christopher Hammerel, Matthew Sullivan, Leigh Benton and Daniel Peers; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Corinne, Chase, Brady, Daniel Jr. and Nicholas Peter.
