With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Clayton of Big Rock, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Nancy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell McKinley and Rose Wilkinson McKinley; and her brothers, Donald McKinley, Harry McKinley and Richard McKinley.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Smith (Sean), Carla Ewing, Leigh Ann King (David) and Daniel Gahman (Jill); and her sister-in-law Gloria McKinley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anglin Funeral Home (402 Donelson Pkwy, Dover, TN 37058). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
