He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jo Alice Rippy and Carol Rippy. He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Buckingham Rippy; his children, Gary Dacus (Sherry), Allen Dacus, Jimmy Rippy, Melinda Rozet (Drue Shepherd) and Tammy Ruth; and his sisters, Barbara Rigsby of Granite City, IL and Cathy Mifflin. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
