He was predeceased by: his sister Lucille O'Brien; and his uncle Joe Williams. He is survived by: his wife Margie Threatt Williams; and his children, Arthur J. Williams, Kenny Williams (Susan), Rhonda Runyon (J.), Paula Auth (Andy), Tony Williams (Denise) and Karen Borens (Tim). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
