He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Gregory (Carl) of Lafayette, Jill Apple of Bethpage and Tam Budge (Ed) of Bethpage; his sister Katie Grizzle of Hendersonville; his siblings-in-law, Linda Fleming of Gallatin, Sandra Jones (Wendell) of Decatur, TN and Dewayne Byrd (Susan) of Bethpage; his grandchildren, William Gregory, Andrew Apple (Amber), Gracie Blankenship (Kyle), Eddy Budge (Abby) and Wesley Apple; and his great grandchildren, Logan Thomas Apple, Lucy Jo Blankenship and Frankie Reese Budge.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Bethpage United Methodist Church or Upper Bethpage Cemetery.
