It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Elkins (Bethpage, Tennessee), who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell McKinley Casteel and Cary Gertrude Casteel; and her brother Doug Casteel. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Elkins of Bethpage, TN; her son Harold D. Cole (Anita); and her siblings, Mary Phillips, Opal Graves, Ada Smallings and Thurman Casteel (Nancy). She is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
