He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Oakly Gann and Annie Elizabeth Gann (Scott); his wife Dorothy Sue Gann (Phillips); and his siblings, J. T. Gann, James Gann, Hazel Gann, Billy Gann, Gail Gann, Earl Gann, Harold Gann and Juanita Moss.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Carr (Gregg); his granddaughters, Adrianna Carr (Jacob Wilkins) and Brianna Carr (Kody Chance); his great grandchild Wyatt Chance; and his nephews, Jerry Gann (Freda) and Ricky Gann (Pam).
