He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Allen and Leona Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, William Allen (Bill), Richard Allen (Dick), Phyllis Ozburn, Martha Fry, Wanda Anthony and Nancy Driver; his grandchildren, Kelsi Patterson, Raegan Jones, Callie Roth-Pinson, Preston Allen and Riley Roth; his great grandchild Tucker Roth; his sister Judy Milligan; and his sisters-in-law, Mabel Allen, Patty Allen and Hurbert Driver. He is also survived by "Papa" loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, and great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Robert Eugene Allen to American Diabetes Association or Bethpage United Methodist Church.
