He is survived by: his children, Heather Sullivan (Charles) and Robert Phillips, Jr. (Jerilynn); his wife Patricia Phillips; his stepchildren, Deanna Slayton, Robert Slayton, Billy Slayton, Walter Rumley, Eddie Rumley, Chris Rumley, Tonya Wirtz and Shelly Dinkins; his grandchildren, Holden York, Haley, Bonnie and Paisley Phillips; his siblings, Floyd Phillips (Cecelia), Charles (Chuck), John Phillips, Julie Pietrocarlo (Jim), Jean Kemper (David) and Mary Carol Phillips Allen; and his close friends, Sandy Corbett, Evan Bohanan, Betty Rumley, Kevin and Lori Skinner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
