He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Augenstine and Edna May Green Augenstine; and his wife Evelyn Louise Augenstine. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Lynn Hixon (George) of Castalian Springs, Dale Edward Augenstine of Bethpage, Charlene Rae Cigler (Paul) of Bethpage, Bradley Alan Augenstine of Bethpage and Kathleen Renee Walters (David) of Hendersonville; his brothers, Donald C. Augenstine of Washington and Edwin D. Augenstine (Rhonda) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Danelle Powers, Michael Augenstine, Hayley Carter, James Reel (Lynn), Derek Hixon (Andrea), Kara Brown, Joshua Walters and Kaitlin Kirk (Andrew). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
