He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Charles McCormick and Carolyn Diane Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Brinkley McCormick of Bethpage; his children, Mickey Ladd of Portland, James Brown of Portland and Haley Stark of Portland; his stepchildren, Courtney Brinkley of Gallatin, Curtisha Young of Gallatin and Kingston Brinkley of Gallatin; his sister Melissa McCormick West of Gallatin; and his grandchildren, Carson and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Family Heritage Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
