He is survived by: his daughters, Meradith Smith of Bethpage and Teresa Hauskins (Kenny); his grandchildren, Amy Villarreal of Franklin, KY, Amanda Ann Sells of Portland, Matt Vanatta of Portland, Jessi Goolsby (Steven) of Portland, Danielle Smith of Bethpage, Lucas Hauskins of Portland, Steven Parker and David Parker; his son-in-law John Parker; and his close friend Mary Thompson. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
