He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnett Carter and Ruth Gann Carter; and his siblings, Joyce Thompson, Jelayne Rolin, Joe Carter and Willie Carter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Wayne Carter (Brenda), Chuck Carter (Tammy), Cecil Carter, Teresa Davis (Randy Blair), Katie Scruggs (Ronnie), Debbie Woodard (Steve) and Brenda Jones (Butch). He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews and a Great Great Niece.
Family ask that everyone attending services to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
