He is survived by: his wife Regina Gibbs Shadoan of Bethpage; his children, Andrea Cornwell (Bobby) of Gallatin and Cheyenne Renee Shadoan of Bethpage; his sisters, Kathy Dixon (Darrell) of Portland, Annette Andrews of Gallatin, Kim Mayoh (Gerald) of Franklin, KY, Vannesa Logan of Ohio and Judy Faught of Portland; his stepsiblings, Kenny Watts (Lisa) of Kentucky, Rodney Watts (Sherry) of Kentucky and Kellie Pate of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Austin Cornwell and Janie Bond (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Carson Cornwell, Gunner Bond and Hazel Bond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
