He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Spears of Hermitage, TN and Donna Spears of Antioch, TN; and his siblings, W. T., Hugh Allen Spears of Adams, TN and Barbara Faye. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
