She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlon Belt, Sr. and Virginia Bowles. She is survived by: her husband Terry Troutt of Bethpage, TN; her children, Brown of Pikeville, TN and Christopher Troutt of Spring Hill, TN; and her granddaughters, Sophia and Stella Brown of Pikeville, TN.. She is also survived by 9 siblings.
