She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Cook; and her parents, Aubrey Miller and Nollie Thompson Miller. She is survived by: her children, Dottie Gentry (Lance), Jennifer Brock (Chris), Michelle Kennedy (Michael) and Johnathan Cook (Stephanie); and her siblings, Wilma Faye Garrett (Gary), Billy Joe Slayton, Sr. (Grace) and Billy Rondale Slayton (Bobbie). She is also survived by 21 Grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
