He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Iona Christian and Robert Miller Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Reba Jean Gibbs Sullivan; his children, Natisha Kemper (Jeramy), Robert Chase Wayne Sullivan (Jacqueline Sue) and Christopher Robert Gage Sullivan; and his siblings, Timothy Scruggs (Becky), John Sullivan, William Quillen (Amber), Eugene Roddy, Regina Law (Tony) and Sharon Troutt.
