He was predeceased by: his parents, Emitt Owen and Eddie Lee Grizzle Owen; and his brothers, James Owen and Talmadge Owen. He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Owen (Aleta), Tony Owen (Pam) and Janet Doss; and his brother Ray Owen (Mary Ann). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 4 Great-grandchildren.
