She is survived by: her husband Reese Fleming of Bethpage, TN; her daughters, Teresa, Tam and Jill Apple; her siblings, Dewayne and Sandra; her sisters-in-law, Katie Grizzle of Hendersonville, TN and Linda Fleming of Gallatin, TN.; her grandchildren, William Gregory, Andrew, Gracie, Eddy and Wesley Apple; and her great grandchildren, Logan Thomas Apple, Lucy Jo Blankenship and Frankie Reese Budge.
