As we bid adieu to Ann's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ann has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Peter Allred and Biddye Sera Allred; and her husband Wardean Wright Overton, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ward Overton, Jr. (Kelly) and Debbie Gregory (Larry); her grandchildren, Kelsey Overton and Wright Overton III; and her siblings, Betty Jane Hammond and Victor Allred.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodard Funeral Home (5591 US-31E, Westmoreland, TN 37186). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
