She was predeceased by : her parents, Erby Duncan and Annie Sherron Duncan; her husband James Franklin; and her siblings, Ernest Duncan and Helen Ford.
She is survived by : her sister Ruth Byrne of Sevierville; her brother-in-law Bob Ford of Gallatin; and her nieces and nephews, Yvonne Beyer, Gail Byrne, Ruth Ford, Marty Byrne and Ralph Ford.
