He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lelon and Nola Myrtle Wilson Puckett; his son Bobby Puckett; and his brothers, Jimmy, Jerry and Daniel Puckett.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Michael (Tim) of Pace, FL; his sister Linda Keele of Finger, TN; and his grandchildren, Corey Mahon of Orlando, FL, Casey Miller of Pace, FL, Makayla Michael of Pace, FL, Melani of Bethel Springs, TN, Kristi Finchum of Bethel Springs, TN, Elizabeth Davidson of Cairo, MS, Patrick Walden of St. Louis, MO, Ashley Smith of Baldwyn, MS, Shane Steele of Murfreesboro, TN, Justin Givens of Murfreesboro, TN and Renee Harris of Lewiston, ID. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
