She was predeceased by: her parents, Hassell Franks and Elizabeth McFalls Franks. She is survived by: her husband William Ralph Mitchell; and her children, Jeff Mitchell (Dana) of Bethel Springs, TN, Laura Bender (John) of Valparaiso, IN, Lisa Trombley (Tony) of Jackson, TN and William Mitchell Jr. (Anita) of Bethel Springs, TN. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
