She is survived by: her parent Pink Benjamin Box; her daughter Connie Horner of Mc Kenzie, TN; her sisters, Sara Case (Bobby) of Rutledge, GA and Diane Thomas (Chick) of McKenzie, TN; her granddaughters, Pattie Hubanks (Lisa Hewell) of Fort Worth, TX and Nicole Worsham (Lee) of Buchanan, TN; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Gentry, Hunter Worsham, Raylee Worsham, Miranda Hubanks and Wilson Hubanks.
