He is survived by: his children, Lewis Perrigo (Wanda) of Bethel Springs, TN, Pamela Joy Rondeau (Len) of Indianapolis, IN and Brandi Lynn Ashlock (Jason) of Whiteland, IN; and his siblings, Eugene Perrigo (Mary) and RoseAnn Valentine (Bob). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
