She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Atwell Ward and Thelma Faye Chancellor Ward; her husband Gary Delano Roach; the father of her children Leonard Frank Phegley; her grandson Jayd Bivens; and her sister-in-law Lisa Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Morris (Kyle) of Selmer, TN and Len Phegley (Amber) of Bethel Springs, TN; her grandchildren, Lauren Kiley, Leonard and Abigail Phegley; and her siblings, Lacy Ward (Judy), Robert Ward, Gary Ward (Jill) and Martha Yount (Randy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
