He is survived by: his wife Debbie Church (Johnson) of Bethel Springs, TN; his sons, Justin David Church of Olive Branch, MS and Joshua Garrett Church (Charley) of Finger, TN; his granddaughters, Presley Brook Church and Sawyer Elizabeth Church; his brother James Larry Church (Thelda) of Southhaven, MS; and his mother-in-law Imagene Johnson of Bethel Springs, TN. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
