He is survived by: his wife Sandra Matlock (Harris) of Bethel Springs, TN; and his children, Lee Price (Becca) of Bethel Springs, TN, Timothy Price (Brandi) of Bethel Springs, TN and Kimberly Owens of McEwen, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
