With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Sparks-Gee of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, born in Florence, Alabama, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cody and Sarah Eaton Cody; her husband Gordon Sparks; her sons, Johnny and Marvin Sparks; her sisters, Mary Lee Tomaszewski, Sarah Gibson, Jean Haddock, Ada Mae Cody and Katherine Adkins; and her great grandchild Aaron Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Price (Michael) of Bethel Springs, TN and Robert Lee Gee, Jr. of Bethel Springs, TN; her daughter-in-law Regina Sparks of Selmer, TN; and her grandchildren, Shelly Mast (Rudy) of Finger, TN, Jonathan Price (Ella) of Bethel Springs, TN, Jesse Price (Santana) of Michie, TN, Joshua Sparks of Selmer, TN, Christy Arnold (Walter) of Bethel Springs, TN and Jacob Price of Bethel Springs, TN. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
