She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Tillman (S. T.) and Bertha Taylor Ragan; her husband Robert Lewis Mullen; and her brother Charles Ragan. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Mullen (Sharon) of Columbus, IN, Karen Rutherford of Tampa, FL, Kelly Mullen of Tampa, FL and Karla Whittemore (James) of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Benjamin Mullen (Syeda), Miriam Medaris (Kyle), Christina Hinton, Christopher Rutherford, Andrew Rutherford (Emily), Jack Rutherford, III (Megan), Jacob Matthews (Rachael) and Collette Whittemore; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Mullen, Bennett Mullen, Eliza Medaris, Miles Medaris, Seth Rutherford, Hailey Grace Hinton, Kylan Hinton and Christiana Hinton. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
