It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie Rudolph Hopkins of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Eleanor and Mae Eleanor; his granddaughter Faith Lin Manley; and his siblings, Winston Hopkins, Nelda McCarter and Rebecca DeBerry.
He is survived by: his former wife Naomi Jean Surratt; his wife Jean Hopkins; his children, Mike Hopkins, Jimmy Hopkins (Sheila), Benjie Hopkins (Tammy) and Melissa Sellers; and his sister Doris Hawkins (Donald). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
