He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Moorhouse and Julia Moorhouse (Lingerfelt); his wife Edna Mae Moohouse; and his siblings, Stella Hall, Elizabeth Crumley, Iola Brock, Pearl Gross, Velma Massengill, Richard T. Moorhouse, John Henry Moorhouse, Boyd Moorhouse, Julius Moorhouse (Jack) and Charles Elmer Moorhouse.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Moorhouse Shirer; his son-in-law Woody Shirer; his grandson Alec Shirer; and his sister-in-law Janice (Sam Rymer). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Benton Station Baptist Church Cemetery or a charity of your choice.
