He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orville "Red" and Amanda Blackwell Locke; and his siblings, Bill Locke, Eugene Locke, Milburn Locke, Leonard Locke, Clifton Locke, Clifford Locke, Aaron Locke, Raymond Locke, Betty Sue Locke and Mary Lou Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Joe Locke; his children, Tresea Green (Kevin) and Michael Locke (Gloria); his grandchildren, Korey Green (Ashley), Kole Green, Just Green, Izac Locke and Jake Locke; his siblings, Fred Locke (Joy) and Jerry Lynn Davis (Bill); and his great grandchildren, Konnor Green, Kellan Green, Karson Green, Kannon Green and Chuck McDonald.
