Blackburn; her sisters, Carolyn "Connie" Evans and Debbie Pankey (Larry); and her nieces and nephews, Nikki Renner (Jimmy), Paige Dalton (Daniel) and Mitch Pankey (Janna). She is also survived by her family and friends.
